In 2019, Bas co-founded Locals Agency, a creative powerhouse where he led strategic, conceptual, and campaign-driven projects for major brands. His hands-on approach and leadership guided the agency's success until mid-2023, when he narrowed his scope to his true love; translating stories into unforgettable visuals.
